Happy New Year! It’s certainly been awhile since my last post. The last few months of ‘08 were truly a difficult time for me so I’m looking forward to happier times and new beginnings. I lost my father very suddenly and it really just broke my heart. I’m a daddy’s girl so it’s been tough losin’ my hero. My dad was a fun, silly, yet brilliant man and his physical presence in my life will be deeply missed. Love ya Da :)

On another note, I started homeschooling my three children in November. WOW, who would have thought I’d be homeschooling! So many enlightening experiences I’ve been having. While I say that with just a hint of sarcasm, it really has been a great experience for them and me. The name of our school is Natural Genius Academy and one of our core curriculums is financial literacy.

Hey, c’mon… you know I’m going there. Already started learning about creating real assets that put money in your pocket. This has led to some funny conversations between my 7 and 9 yr old. This year they’ll be setting up their own business and learning more about investments and putting money to work for them.

My dad was very disciplined with his money and he taught me a lot directly and indirectly. He gave my sister and I a foundation to stand on and launch from so we could do better than him and now I’m doing the same with all the knowledge I’ve acquired from my mentors and coaches.

Creating generational wealth is much more than just passing along a trust and assets after you’re gone. It’s the mindset that’s cultivated and the seeds planted along the way that’s so important so that the wealth continues to grow generation after generation.

In alignment with that I’ve got some more resources, tools and trainings I’ll be sharing that help us business owners really leverage our time more effectively. You KNOW I’ve got to use systems and technology if I’m going to operate a successful business while homeschooling a 3, 7, and 9 year old.

Hmmm, I might need to get my head checked. lol

Happy New Year and hug the ones you love a little tighter.

~Charise

I took my 2 oldest children with me (Najilah and Jair) to the Run For Congo Women 5K event here in Chicago and it was really a beautiful day with a wonderful message to make a difference. I am not a runner by any means so we did a combination of running and walking :) . Enjoy the slideshow and video and please do get involved. Spread the word and always remember how blessed you really are. You can click here to see the Run For Congo Women page I created before the event.

As a leader in your company, you step out and do things not everyone’s willing to do. First off, you already go against the grain if you’re in this industry at all. That’s part of what makes you a leader. You spend the money to invest in yourself and your business, organize co ops, you’re at events, you create trainings, invest in marketing & advertising, the websites, the tools that can leverage your time and make you more productive.

Why give a presentation to just 1, when you can use a webinar platform or conference line to reach hundreds, right?

Why repeat the same information to all your new members 1 by 1 when you can record the info somewhere and share it with everyone in your group, right?

iBuzzPro is not for everyone on your team but here’s how the leaders in your organization can use it to help *anyone* on their team and keep your business buzzing with activity.

Let’s say you’ve got your system in place for how you lead people to make a decision to join your business. You’ve got the direct response sites, the live calls, webinars, whatever your team does.

Now, you’ve got some voice messages already done and loaded in your iBuzz Pro software that work so you can use them over and over and over again. Leverage and duplication. That’s why we’re all here, right?

You do a broadcast to 1000 leads at whatever time your team member intends to be around to call back the people who’ve responded. Focused, productive time.

In a matter of minutes they’ve got 10-20 hot, targeted prospects to call back and put through your information process.

Think about that…

How many people do you want your team talking to on a DAILY basis?

Not trying to learn internet marketing, passing out flyers or chasing the wrong people…. but talking to INTERESTED prospects.

Shrink time, save money, build faster. That spells S M A R T business and more freedom to me.

If the price is a challenge for you, get with 1 or 2 of your leaders and split the cost. Go sideline if necessary. Stop competing and start collaborating. The synergy and momentum you could create can only benefit you.

Charice was on the Oprah show today. No, not me :) Charice, from the Phillippines. The young girl with the BIG voice! She’s absolutely amazing. If you haven’t seen any of the youtube videos circulating, below is the one of her singing, ”And I Am Telling You…” at a talent show. You can visit Oprah.com for clips from the show.

Man, I love her voice and such a beautiful name.

My son Jair hurt his shoulder doing a flying roll-out (juijitsu) when someone got in his way while he was in mid-air, so we take him to the emergency room to get it looked at. Everything turned out to be fine, thank God. You can see a video of him in the post entitled, “What Passion Looks Like…”

While we’re at the hospital my 2 daughters Najilah and Zaniah (8 and 2) decide they want to sing and dance. Guess they were bored. I got my camera out as quick as I could because I never know what that little one of mine is going to do.

It turned into a pretty funny video because Zaniah made it loud and clear that she wanted the camera all to herself.

Children definitely know how to live in the moment and just have fun. Enjoy!

This is a family video of my 6 yr old son Jair doing what he loves most… juijitsu. He’s so passionate about it. I just love watching him.

He’s always flipping around the house, doing techniques on his sisters (and me), trying to make his daddy “tap out.” He pretty much eats, sleeps and breathes jui jitsu.

It takes a lot of time, commitment and discipline to train in the martial arts yet he’s so passionate about it, it’s not work or a chore for him. He would live in the dojo if we’d let him!

He just recently got his yellow belt. I’m so proud of him. He’s training with some of the best in the world and he’s already learned some of the black belt Katas. My baby doin’ his thang :) . Almost makes mommy want to start training. I always did love me some Bruce Lee!

Enjoy this short video I put together. You’ll have to excuse my “mommy” outbursts.

You know this is *prime time* for building a home business. Kids going back to school. Things getting back to “normal” and that opens the door for you because most people’s “normal” is not satisfying to them so what do they do?

They’re looking to make a change. This is the time of the year where they’re ready to buckle down and join a business. Happens every year.

Here’s how you can reach more of them and make more money in your business at the push of a button. No messing around with pay-per-click, postcards, trying to get over that learning curve of how to market online. Go to www.MyProspectingGenie.com

You can get results immediately and *duplicate* that through your team.

One of our newer team members who’d never had success before in this industry spent $125 ($100 for leads + $25 to broadcast) and he made $2,800. $1800 in his primary business and $1000 from iBuzzPro.

$125 to $2800. Do you think it’s paid off for him?

Consistent, quality, lead flow is the name of the game.
Give yourself every advantage.

Why wouldn’t you?

I know it’s the end of the week and most people are winding down but let me ask you something…

Do you have TOO many people contacting you about your business?

Is your phone ringing off the hook daily with 20-30+ prospects calling YOU or emailing you interested in what you have to offer?

If you answered no to either or those questions or you’re struggling in any way to build your business, don’t walk…

=> RUN over to www.MyProspectingGenie.com and check out the webinar.

You’ll thank me :)

Learn how to easily (I’m talkin’ push-button easy) generate Prospects On Demand and this weekend you can start strategizing on how you’re going to handle all the people calling you and emailing you about your business next week.

All the best,
~Charise

PS. By the way, if you have another business outside the home business industry, like real estate, insurance or you’re a mortgage broker, etc,.. you’re gonna love what you see.

Les Brown speaking on The Psychology of Success and the power of our beliefs.

I was listening to this earlier today because I’m adding it to the Magnetic Marketing bootcamp and it just felt really good to me so I wanted to share it now.

See what resonates with you as Les breaks it down for you in this short clip. How much are you living your life from memory versus vision. Enjoy.
